Overview

Heriot-Watt University’s Dubai Campus is a branch in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It opened as the first campus of an international institution in Dubai International Academic City in 2005. Around 120 students initially enrolled. However, the growth rate outpaced this forecast by 2010 and had filled its initial 2,000-student capacity.

The Heriot-Watt University Dubai Campus’ second phase was launched in 2013. It includes a 700-seat auditorium, male and female on-campus housing, a food court, a gym, an indoor games area, a food court, a convenience shop, and a beauty salon. Today, the campus boasts 3,700 students and attracts students from more than 90 nations, making it one of Dubai’s most popular international higher education institutions.
