Courses offered

  • BA Chinese Philology

One of the top educational, scientific, and methodological institutes in the nation is the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University's Department of Chinese Philology. The department offers Chinese undergraduate degree programs (in Kazakh and Russian). Chinese language and literature professors, the majority of whom attended school in China, make up the department's faculty and staff. They are all highly trained professionals. Each year, the crew travels to China for professional development training. We also invite foreign lecturers to speak to our employees and students as a result of this. Our instructors work on instructional materials while also conducting scientific research and publishing their findings in national and international journals.

  • BA Geodesy and Cartography

One of the first, established on the day TsECI was founded, is the Department of Geodesy and Cartography. The department now produces bachelor's degrees in the specializations "Geodesy and cartography" and "Geodesy" and first-year students in other departments with the specialties "Construction" and "Engineering networks and systems". Summer geodetic practices, which provide students the chance to study techniques and methods of geodetic measurements on the ground, play a vital role in the department's activity. Deep methodological effort and pedagogical expertise from the leaders of practice are required for educational practice in geodesy with first-year students.

  • BA Oriental Studies

The Department of Oriental Studies offers undergraduate and graduate programs that train students in Oriental studies. Graduates from the department have the option of working for federal, state, or local governments, as well as for international organizations, communities, research centers, universities, the media, and other organizations. Under the presidential program "Bolashak," many students and recent graduates complete internships abroad and are assigned to receive and continue their studies in international educational institutions.

  • BA Kazakh Language and Literature

The Department of the Kazakh Language has been operating since 1992 as a separate collective. From 2000 to 2008, the dissertation council worked on the preservation of candidate dissertations in Kazakh and Russian at Academician M.S. Sergaliyev's proposal for the first time in ENU history. Postgraduate and master's degree programs now exist.

  • BA Foreign Philology

The department's primary goal is to provide high-quality training for professionals with knowledge of foreign languages, pedagogical and research skills, intercultural and professional communication abilities, and competitive and literate status in the field of information and communication technologies.
